Tigray Water and Energy Bureau now invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Procurement of Abi-gereb pump irrigation project located at Southern Zone of Tigray Woreda Endamokeni. We therefore the bureau invites eligible bidders who fullfills the under listed requirements.

The bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (contractors) Having VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of Nov, 2024, TIN No, renewed business license valid for 2024 and valid and renewed appropriate water works registration certificate from Ministry of Water, and Energy or Regional Water & Energy Bureau.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the World Bank Guidelines.

1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Water & Energy Bureau, and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M] at the address given below.
2. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
3. All Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 300,000 in the form of un conditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at (3:00 Local Time.) 09/03/2025.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below; bidders should offer one original and one Copy of technical and Two financial proposals sealed in separate envelop as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
5. Bids shall be opened at (3:30 Local Time.) 09/03/2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected
7. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
