20 ILO Regional Conference-Invitation to Submit Technical and Financial Proposals for Event Management Services

The Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA) invites qualified and experienced event management firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for managing the 20th ILO Regional Conference, scheduled to take place from May 19th to 23, 2025, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This prestigious event, hosted by Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA) and Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure (MUI) in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), expected to attract over 2000 local and international participants, from 70 countries, including representing various interest groups, including, policymakers, development partners, employers' and workers' associations, educators, programmed leaders, bi multi-lateral organizations, NGOs, academic and research institutions, and the private sector. The conference will feature over 30 sessions, focusing on the employment-intensive approaches in infrastructure development, job creation, and sustainable practices.

Proposals (both technical and financial) must be submitted in sealed envelopes in one (1) original and four (4) copies to the Director General's Office, Ethiopian Roads Administration, Ras Abebe Aregay Street, New Building, Block-B, 5th Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, no later than February 10, 2025, at 2:30 PM local time.
