1. Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the Supply of IT Material.
2. Bid Document can be obtained from Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau Room No 7-3 During office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300 (Three hundred only).
3. A complete bidding document may be purchased by an interested bidder on the submission of written application together with renewed relevant license. Registration card issued from finance authorized organization, Vat Registration certificate, TIN No. (Tax identification number & clearance) to the office upon payment of non-refundable Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) in cash.
4. Valid Business License indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged (valid for 2017 E.C)
5. The bidder must provide Bid security in the amount of birr 100,000 (Hundred thousand) ETB in C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a legally established financial institution. Any bid not secured accordingly shall be rejected automatically (Insurance bond is not acceptable)
6. The bid shall be closed after announcement of this bid on the 10th consecutive working day at 4:00 AM local time and Bid opening shall take place at 4:30 AM the same day & time.
7. Our bureau reserved the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
