Invitation to Re-Tender of procurement of Electric Hot Water Boiler

1. Gondar Malt Factory invites interested eligible bidders by this international competitive bid for Procurement of Electric Hot Water Boiler (can be Resistive or electrode) Erecting Supervision and Commission
2. Complete sets of tender documents can be obtaining Bole Road at Mega Building 3 floor room 320 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500. The payment should be made through the Bank account(s) as detailed below: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Account No: 1000021444921
3. Candidates will then submit bank counterfoils to mentioned office room during working hours from Monday to Saturday to obtain an official receipt or attach the original banking slips to the tender documents as proof of purchase.
4. Floating date as of 31/12/2024 and Closing Date February 03/2025 at 10:00 P.M and Opening date 03/02/2025 at 4:30 PM.
5. Completed tender documents for preliminary and technical requirements are too been closed in a plain envelope marked with the tender reference number and tender name (The financial bid should be in a separate envelope marked with the tender reference number and tender name. The financial bid will only be opened for those bidders who will have qualified in the technical evaluation).
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below not later than 3rd February 2025 at 4:00 noon and must be accompanied by a tender security of 2,000 USD specified in the tender document. Tenders should be dropped at the Mega Building 3rd floor office number 320 Tenders will be opened at 4:30 noon on the closing date in the presence of the Tenderers" representatives who choose to attend at Mega Building office number 320 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
