Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite local printing service providers with experience in printing the inflight peace magazine and work with the winner on a 3–5-year contract.

Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite Local Printing Service providers having an experience of publishing for Inflight Selamta Magazine and work with the winner on a contractual basis for 3-5years.

Any interested company with the following minimum requirements is eligible to participate in the tender

1. Bidders having a valid and renewed Trade license, with a minimum printing experience of 3 years and above, VAT & Tax Registration Certificate, Tax clearance certificate stating that the bidder is eligible to participate in the government bids can participate in the bid. The validity of the certificate to participate in the government bids must be valid at least until the time of the bid closing.
2. Bidders are required to submit samples during proposal submission.
3. Bidders must submit Thirty Thousand Birr/30,000.00 birr/ as a bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional' and irrevocable bank guarantee. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted. The Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after tender opening.
4. Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until December 31, 2024, by depositing non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T512 Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below email address and will get the tender document by return Email.
5. Bidders must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes Le., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on December 31, 2024, at 2:30PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:00PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office bid opening room at the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
