The bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (contractors) Having VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of February, 2024, TIN No. renewed business license for 2024 and valid and renewed appropriate water works registration certificate from Ministry of Water, and Electricity or Regional Water & Energy Bureau.

The Location and Construction period of the project is given in the table below:

1. 1. Bidding will the conducted through Open Competitive Bidding National procedures as specified in the Bank's Procurement Framework for Bank Funded Operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
   2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Water & Energy Bureau, and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8:00 AM] to 5:00 PM/ at the address given below.
   3. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 1000.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
   4. All Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety-one (91) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 500,000 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at 9:00 AM. December 9, 2024.
   5. Bids must be delivered to the address below: bidders should offer one original and one Copy of technical and financial proposals sealed in one envelop as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
   6. Bids shall be opened at 9:00 AM. December 9, 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representative who wish to attend.
   7. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected
