International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international non-governmental organization working in Ethiopia for the provision of multi-sector refugee and rural community assistance in Tigray, Benshangul-Gumuz, Somali, Oromia, Gambella, and SNNP Regional States.

IRC Ethiopia Gambella Field Office now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders who have Grade 6 and above construction licenses and valid trade licenses for current Ethiopian FY 2015 EC or 2022/23 for the constriction and renovation works below:

Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tender process. Bidders may obtain further information and/or the RFP document from IRC Office at the following address:

Bidders can obtain a complete set of the RFP document from the IRC Gambella Field Office during working hours from Monday-Friday.

To acknowledge receipt of the RFP, Bidders should register in a 'Bid Registration form.

Bids should be submitted to the above address at or before 2 pm on 20 April 2023. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same date and late bids will not be considered.

IRC reserves the right to reject any part or the whole of this RFP.
