ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
አሸናፊው ድርጅት አቅርቦት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት የዕቃውን ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
