1.መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ የፕሮፎርማ ሂደቱን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
2.አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አሸናፊ መሆኑን ካሳወቅነዉ በኋላ ዕቃዉን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ በማምጣት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ገቢ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
በቸልተኝነት የተሞላ ዋጋ ተቀባይነት የለዉም
2.አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አሸናፊ መሆኑን ካሳወቅነዉ በኋላ ዕቃዉን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ በማምጣት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ገቢ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
