BID ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 001

Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C. intends to invite qualified Category-1 Architectural and Engineering firms for Design of Office Building in Addis Ababa.

Any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with

• Renewed Trade License,
• VAT registration certificate,
• Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN)
• Valid Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids &
• Renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body in Category-1.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until November 20, 2026, by depositing non- refundable ETB 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Birr) to NISIR MICROFINANCE INST.S.C. Account Number

1005192501 maintained at Nisir Microfinance Institution s.c. Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below email address and will get the tender document by return Email.

Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand ETB). Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C., on or before November 23,2026, 03:00PM. The bid will be opened on November 23,2026 at 03:30PM, at Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C. Head Office Addis Ababa, bid opening room in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጨረታ ቁጥር፡- 001

ንስር ማይክሮፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ. በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ለሚያስገነባው የቢሮ ሕንፃ ዲዛይን ለማዘጋጀት ብቃት ያላቸውን የምድብ 1 (Category-1) የሥነ-ሕንፃና ምህንድስና አማካሪ ድርጅቶችን በጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል።

1. የተጫራቾች ብቃት መስፈርቶች

በኢትዮጵያ ሕጋዊ በሆነ መንገድ የተቋቋሙና የሚከተሉት ሰነዶች ያሏቸው ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ።

• የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ፤
• የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ፤
• የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ማረጋገጫ፤
• ተጫራቹ በማንኛውም የመንግሥት ጨረታ ላይ ለመሳተፍ ብቁ መሆኑን የሚገልጽና ቢያንስ እስከ ጨረታ ማቅረቢያ የመጨረሻ ቀን ድረስ የሚያገለግል የግብር ክሊራንስ ምስክር ወረቀት፤
• ከሚመለከተው አካል የተሰጠ የታደሰ የምድብ 1 (Category-1) የሥነ-ሕንፃና ምህንድስና አማካሪ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት።

2. የጨረታ ሰነድ ስለማግኘት

ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ማስታወቂያ ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ህዳር 11 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. ድረስ የማይመለስ የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዣ ክፍያ ብር 2,000.00 (ሁለት ሺህ ብር) በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማግኘት ይችላሉ።

ክፍያው በንስር ማይክሮፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ. በሚገኘው እና በንስር ማይክሮፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ. ስም በተከፈተው ሂሳብ ቁጥር 1005192501 ገቢ መደረግ አለበት።

ተጫራቾች የተከፈለበትን የክፍያ ደረሰኝ ቅጂ ከዚህ በታች በተጠቀሰው ኢሜይል አድራሻ መላክ ይኖርባቸዋል። የጨረታ ሰነዱም በኢሜይል ይላክላቸዋል።

3. የጨረታ ዋስትና

እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች ብር 300,000.00 (ሶስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) የጨረታ ዋስትና በCPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ እና የማይሻር የባንክ ዋስትና (Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee) ማቅረብ አለበት።

በኢንሹራንስ የተሰጡ ዋስትናዎችና በሁኔታ ላይ የተመሰረቱ ዋስትናዎች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም።

4. የጨረታ ሰነድ ማቅረቢያና መክፈቻ

የጨረታ ሰነዶች በተለያዩ የታሸጉ ፖስታዎች መቅረብ አለባቸው። እነዚህም፦

1. የቴክኒክ ፕሮፖዛል (Technical Proposal)፤
2. ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ (Financial Offer)፤
3. የጨረታ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ናቸው።

ፖስታዎቹ በአንድ የውጭ ፖስታ ውስጥ ተደርገው መታሸግ አለባቸው። ዋና ሰነድ (ORIGINAL) እና ተጨማሪ ቅጂዎች (COPIES) በግልጽ ሁኔታ መለየት አለባቸው።

የጨረታ ሰነዱ እስከ ህዳር 14 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 9:00 ሰዓት ድረስ በንስር ማይክሮፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ. ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት፣ አዲስ አበባ መቅረብ አለበት።

ጨረታው በዚያው ቀን ከቀኑ 9:30 ሰዓት በንስር ማይክሮፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ. ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት በጨረታ መክፈቻ ክፍል ይከፈታል። ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በመክፈቻው ላይ መገኘት ይችላሉ።
