- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document viahttps://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com to access each biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) starting from November 2, 2026.
- Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders shall present a bid securityin the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in a separate envelope in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
- Thesealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on November 16,2026 up to 5:00 P.M, Afternoon
- The proposal shall be opened at supply chain management 7th floor tentatively on November 17, 2026 at 3:00 P.M Afternoon, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives for both bid Ref.no. DBOT07026/27 and DBOT07126/27.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 1 to 5shall result in automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
