ከተ/ቁ 1- 5 የተዘረዘሩት ሁሉም የህትመት ሥራዎች ግዥ በውል በተደገፈ ስምምነት በተለያየ መጠን/ቁጥር ወይም ካሬ እና በተለያየ ጊዜ በሚሰጥ ትዕዛዝ የሚፈፀም የግዥ ፍላጎት ነው፡፡
• አገልግሎቱን በተፈለገው ጊዜና ፍጥነት ማግኘት እንዲቻል ይረዳ ዘንድ በውድድሩ መሳተፍ የሚችሉት በሀዋሳ ከተማ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ማተሚያ ቤት ያላቸው ድርጅቶች ብቻ ናቸው፡፡
