• እያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ጥራቱን የጠበቀና ኦርጅናል መሆን አለበት
• ጨረታ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ እና ተቋሙ ከተረከበ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል፣
• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፍልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
• ዕቃው በተቀመጠው ስፔስፊከሽን (Specification) መሰረት መቅረብ አለበት::
• ጨረታ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ እና ተቋሙ ከተረከበ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል፣
• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፍልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
