1           OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The objective the assignment to assess commercial Nominee’s plc (CN) existing management and operational systems, design and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the applicable requirements of ISO 9001, prepare the Company for external certification, and support CN throughout the certification process.

2           SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The selected consultant shall be responsible for providing the technical expertise, implementation support, training, documentation, audit preparation, and certification facilitation necessary to achieve the objectives of this assignment. The scope shall include additional activities stated in the TOR.

3             REQUIREMENT

The bidder shall demonstrate the following minimum qualifications, subject to additional requirements stated in the TOR and bid documents

• Tax clearance Certificate,
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Currently Renewed Consultancy Service License
• Successful experience in implementing ISO 9001 QMS in organization comparable size and operational complexity with CN
• Adequate and Experienced Personnel

Interested and eligible Consultants could collect the hard copy of bid document up on payment of ETB 100.00 and submit their sealed & separate technical and financial document in a Tender box located at the address indicated below until November 17, 2026 at 10:00 am in the morning. Bid Bond Birr 100,000.00 in a form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee shall be submitted with your bid proposal.

The Bid shall be opened on 17, 2026, at 10:30 am in the morning at Commercial Nominees Plc HQ Meeting Hall.
