LOT Description Bid Closing Date Bid Opening Date Bid Security in ETB I Static Application Security Testing (SAST) November 04, 2026 until 2:00 PM November 04, 2026 until 2:30 PM 200,000.00 II Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) November 04, 2026 until 2:30 PM November 04, 2026 until 3:00 PM 200,000.00 III Application Shield (Android and IOS) November 04, 2026 until 3:00 PM November 04, 2026 until 3:30 PM 150,000.00 The bid document shall be obtained commencing October 16, 2026 from Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, Supply Chain & Facility Directorate, Around Leghar, Ras Mekonnen Street, ORDA Tower 20th floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) for each lot by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C, Addis Ababa Branch Head Office Ground floor during office hours.( Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00AM and 1:00-5:00PM and Saturday 8:00- 12:00AM)
- Bidders must present & professional license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate and other relevant documentary evidences.
- All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, HO Procurement & Facility Management Directorate during office hours on the above mentioned date and time.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and /or their legal representatives who wish to attend on the above mentioned date, time and place.
- Submission of bid after the closing date & time will not be accepted and the document will be returned unopened.
