- Ethiopian Mineral Corporation invites eligible vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the two different Lots listed below. So, interested vendors should provide their Expression of interest that they meet the required qualifications and possess relevant experience as specified in the EOI request.
- Lot 1 — Establish internationally accredited state of the Art Laboratory for Gemstone and Gem –Jewelry grading and Certification Project, located at Addis Ababa Main office.
- Lot 2 — Feasibility study for the Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Kaolin Processing Factory, located in Arda Jila Me-iboko Woreda, West Guji Zone, Oromia Regional State.
- Interested vendors shall collect the Request for Expression of Interest document by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr). From EMC HQ, New Block from Marketing Department, during office hours (Monday–Friday Office hour, 02:30–6:30 and 7:30–11:00 local time.)
- Eligible vendors shall submit copies of: a valid Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration, current Tax Clearance, and any professional registrations or competency certificates relevant to the services offered.
- Interested vendors shall be quiet sure to state their direct line number, mobile number, and a valid e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting the Request for Expression of interest document.
- The EOI must be submitted in writing to the address below :
- Bid closing date for Lot 1: Nov 20/11/2026 (10:00 AM) and Opening 10:30 (AM)
- Bid Closing date for Lot 2: Nov 23/11/2026 (10:00 AM) and Opening 10:30 (AM)
- Ethiopian Mineral Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs.
