DMC Construction Plc. has entered a contract agreement with Addis Ababa City Road Authority for the Construction works of Arabsa-3 and Ayat-3 Extension Condominium Road Project.

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

1. DMC Construction Plc. has entered a contract agreement with Addis Ababa City Road Authority for the Construction works of Arabsa-3 and Ayat-3 Extension Condominium Road Project.
2. DMC Construction PLC now invites eligible bidders (Sub-contractors) to submit sealed bids for the Masonry work, Concrete Work and Reinforcement (rebar) work.
3. The Road Project is located in Addis Ababa, Lemi Kura Sub city.
4. The Cost of the subcontract work includes only the labour costs including the Provision of Concrete Mixer, Concrete Vibrator, Grinder and Cutting disk, rebar bending equipment, hand tools and Safety equipment. The Contractor will supply all other required materials for the subcontract works.
5. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
6. Trading license renewed for 2018E.C;
7. Tax clearance certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at least up to 28days after bid submission date, VAT and TIN registration certificates;

• Certificate of registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development.

1. Bidders who fail to provide valid documents mentioned under item 5 (i), (ii) & (iii) above will be rejected from further evaluation.
2. Interested eligible bidders shall have and submit the General Construction and Specific Construction Experiences.
3. The supplied Masonry Stone will need additional Stone dressing.
4. Interested eligible bidders shall submit the Current Contract Commitments.
5. Interested eligible bidders shall visit the project site if needed
6. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure, and is open to all eligible bidders.

11. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, “Technical Application” in one envelope and “Financial Bid” in the other envelope, the two envelopes shall be sealed in an outer envelope.
12. Evaluation is to be carried out in one stage, Both Financial Bids and Technical qualification application of qualified Bidders will be evaluated at the bid opening date,
13. Bids must be delivered to the address below before October 31, 2026 at 2:30P.M. Late bids will be rejected. One original and one copy of the bids have to be submitted.
14. Both Financial Bid and Technical qualification application of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below on October 28, 2026 at 2:30P.M.
