Hawassa City Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise here by invites qualified and eligible suppliers and manufacturers to provide an offer for the supply of the following items to be purchased by Ethiopian birr.

- A complete bid document may be obtained from the Office Room No. 19 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 (One thousand Birr only).
- Bidders shall include in their bid currently renewed Trade License valid for the year 2018 Ethiopia calendar year and VAT registration certificate.
- All Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by Bids shall be security not less than 1% of the total price in the form of CPO.
- Bidder shall submit financial and Technical proposals separately and three copy of each proposal in wax-sealed envelope to the Hawassa City Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise at Hawassa, with in 15 consecutive calendar days of this announcement and it will be closed at 12:00 A.M. in the last day. (If this day become holiday or weekend, the closing will be the next working day).
- The bid will be opened on the 16th day in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at 2:00 P.M in the Enterprise office.
- Those who can supply materials fully from the stock will be considered as an advantage. Bidders can compute in any one of the lot or for All.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and inspect the Bidding Documents at that address from 8:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m & from 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m & from 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m on Friday.
