ጥራቱንና የወቅቱን የገበያ ዋጋ ባገናዘበ መልኩ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበት ዕቃ በቀረበዉ ዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specification) መሰረት ጥራቱ በባለሙያ ሲረጋገጥ አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አባያ ካምፓስ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ገቢ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት የትራንስፖርት እና ጫኝ አዉራጅ ወጪ በመሸፈን አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በማድረስ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ የማይነበቡና ግልፅ ያልሆኑ መረጃዎችን ማቅረብ ከዉድድር ዉጪ ያደርጋል፡፡ በ Egp Shoping የግዥ ዘዴ ጨረታ ወጥቶ ተወዳድሮ በተደጋጋሚ ጊዜ ያሸነፈና አዋርድ የተደረገለት ነገር ግን ለማቅረብ ፈቃደኛ ያልሆነ ተደዉሎ ስልኩን የማያነሳና ስልኩ ያልሰራ ተጫራች ቢኖር ከዉድድር ዉጪ ይደረጋል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ በተደጋጋሚ ያሸነፈበት አዋርድ ይያያዛል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፍል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
