Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening the resilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.
Currently, PAPDA is seeking various services and materials from qualified and legally registered suppliers as indicated below.
- Procurement of Consultancy services for ETH10AYD & ETH10HUM
PAPDA invites qualified consultants to conduct an Integrated Market Assessment, Business Performance Assessment, and Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of Youth Livelihood Support to Promote Sustainable Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship. The TOR is attached to PAPDA’s website.
