አሽናፊ ድርጅት ተወዳድረዉ አሸናፊ በሆኑት እቃዎች ኦርጅናል መሆናቸዉ ሲረጋገጥ እና ከጠያቂዉ ስራ ክፍል ማረጋገጫ ሲቀርብ ክፍያ የሚፈጸሚ መሆኑን ጭምር አዉቆ መወዳደር አለበት፡፡አሸናፊ ድርጅት በራሱ ወጭ እስከ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ያቀርባል ፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ዕቃው በአስቸኳይ የምፈለግ ከመሆኑ አንጻር አሶሳ አካባቢ ያለው የንግድ ማህበረሰብ ብቻ እንዲወዳደር ይሆናል፡፡
