አሽናፊ ድርጅት የተጠየቁትን አቅርቦቶችን ዩኒቨርስቲው ባዘጋጀው ቦታ በተጠየቀው የፍላጎት መጠን ብዛት ጥያቄ መሰረት ማሰረከብ አለበት፡፡አሽናፊ ድርጅት ተወዳድረዉ አሸናፊ በሆኑት አቅርቦቶች ኦርጅል መሆናቸዉ ሲረጋገጥ እና ከጠያቂዉ ስራ ክፍል ማረጋገጫ ሲቀርብ መሆኑን ጭምር አዉቆ መወዳደር አለበት፡፡ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርስቲ የዋጋ ማቅረቢውን የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
