አሽናፊ ድርጅት ተወዳድረዉ አሸናፊ በሆኑት እቃዎች ኦርጅናል መሆናቸዉ ሲረጋገጥ እና ሥራ ከመጀመሩ በፊት እስከ ግቢ በመምጣት በሩን በመለካት በተጠየቀው መሠረት በትክክል በመስራት፤ ከጠያቂዉ ስራ ክፍል ማረጋገጫ ሲቀርብ ክፍያ የሚፈጸሚ መሆኑን ጭምር አዉቆ መወዳደር አለበት፡፡አሸናፊ ድርጅት በራሱ ወጭ እስከ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ያቀርባል ፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ዕቃው በአስቸኳይ የምፈለግ ከመሆኑ አንጻር አሶሳ አካባቢ ያለው የንግድ ማህበረሰብ ብቻ እንዲወዳደር ይሆናል፡፡
