1- አሸናፊው የሚጠገነውን እቃ በቦታው ችግሩን አይቶ እና ጠግኖ ገቢዎች ሚ/ር ድሬዳዋ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቃል፡፡
2-- አሸናፊው ለሚሰጠው የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለመስራቱ አረጋግጦ ያስረክባል፡፡
3- አሸናፊው ለሚወዳደሩበት የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
4--ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2-- አሸናፊው ለሚሰጠው የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለመስራቱ አረጋግጦ ያስረክባል፡፡
3- አሸናፊው ለሚወዳደሩበት የጥገና የአገልግሎት ግዢ በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
