1.አሸናፊው አቅራቢ ያሸነፈውን እቃ ግዥ ፈፃሚው መ/ቤት መጋዘን ድረስ በማምጣት ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡
2.ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ግዥውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
3.ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረትባቸው እቃዎች ሳምፕል ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡፡ ሳምፕል/ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ የሚሆን መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
2.ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ግዥውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
3.ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረትባቸው እቃዎች ሳምፕል ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡፡ ሳምፕል/ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ የሚሆን መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
