National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

1. Awash Bank S.C. invites technically competent and commercially competitive bids from eligible, authorized Cisco partners for the Acquisition of Cisco Secure Client Advantage Subscription Licenses (formerly Cisco AnyConnect) for 4,000 (four thousand) unique users, together with associated Professional Services, in support of the Bank's Software-Defined Access (SDA) deployment.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Awash Towers 12th Floor upon producing receipt of nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00/Five Hundred/for each LOT by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK S.C, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00AM; 1:00PM-4:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM 12:00AM) starting from October 6, 2026 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate..
4. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr), or the equivalent in USD at the Bank's prevailing selling exchange rate, in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Cashier's Payment Order (CPO) in favor of Awash Bank S.C.
5. The bid security shall be in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee from a bank other than Awash Bank, or a CPO from any local bank, and must be addressed to "Awash Bank S.C." in a separate, sealed envelope.
6. The last date for receipt of queries, by letter or e-mail, from bidders or recipients of the tender documents is on or before October 18, five (5) days prior to the bid submission deadline.
7. The Bank will release written clarifications, if any, on or before October 20, Three (3) days prior to the bid submission deadline.
8. Bid documents must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 23 at 2:00 PM at the address indicated above.
9. Bid opening shall be held at the Office of the Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, at the above address, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend, on October 23 at 2:30 PM

11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions in items 2 to 8 above shall entail automatic rejection.
12. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in part or in full, and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to affected bidders.
