INVITATION FOR SUPPLIER LIST REGISTRATION
EthSwitch Share Company, which is the owner and operator of the National e-payment Switch of Ethiopia, hereby invites eligible and interested suppliers, contractors, and service providers to register in our Supplier List for the supply of goods, execution of works, provision of consultancy services, and non-consultancy services for the 2026/2027 fiscal year and beyond, as applicable.
1. Registration Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
a) Valid and renewed business license relevant to the intended procurement category.
b) Valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
c) Valid tax clearance certificate.
d) VAT registration certificate.
e) Company profile, including relevant experience and organizational capacity.
f) Professional competency certificates, licenses, or registrations required for the relevant category, where applicable.
g) Other relevant documents demonstrating the applicant's eligibility and capability.
2. Submission of Registration Documents
Interested suppliers are invited to register under the appropriate procurement categories by submitting their company profiles and relevant supporting documents to EthSwitch S.C. at the address indicated below during regular working hours.

Registration Address: EthSwitch Share Company is located on the 21st floor of Zemen Bank Head Office, in front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Note:- EthSwitch S.C. reserves the right to cancel the registration either partially or totally.
