INVITATION TO BID (IFB)

1. The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) invites interested and eligible international and national consulting firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the following consultancy assignment:

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents (Request for Proposals - RFP) containing detailed Terms of Reference (TOR), evaluation criteria, submission templates, and contractual terms can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate, located at National Bank of Ethiopia Building 2, 5th Floor, upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two hundred only) in Account No. 7002010800001 at Banking and Payment Systems Directorate (NBE Building 2, sub-basement floor) during official working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00–10:30 A.M. and 01:00–03:30 P.M.).
3. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license, Commercial registration certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate (or equivalent legal registration documents for international firms). Detailed technical qualification requirements are specified in the RFP document.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the Total Bid Price in the form of CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized commercial bank.
