The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to solicit company profiles from qualified local vendors specializing in the categories listed below, in order to update and maintain the vendor database for the 2026/2027 fiscal year.
Minimum Requirement to participate in the EOI

| 1 | Willingness to submit clear and valid copies of a renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and current tax clearance certificate. |
| 2 | Demonstrated relevant experience in the applicable field or sector of business. |
| 3 | Willingness and ability to provide credit facilities for the procurement of goods and/or services. |

- The registration closing date would be on or before November 02, 2026 until 5: 30pm and bid would be submitted via E-mail: ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org.
- INQUIRIES: Any questions regarding the bid shall be submitted in writing through the above email address Abebu.Andargie@ jhpiego.org. Unwritten questions and any verbal responses and/ or comments will not be acceptable/binding.
- Vendors registration will be rejected not submitted via ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org e-mail address.
- When submitting an offer, please mention the category you are submitting for in the subject line.
