My Wish Enterprise PLC invites qualifieddomestic and internationalbiddersto submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the Supply and Implementation of an internationally recognized ERP System. The system must coverthe following modules: Sales, Inventory and Warehouse, Finance, HR, Service, Local Procurement, Import, Export, Fleet, CRM, and Payment Request (Expense).

2. Bid Document Availability

A complete set of the RFP document can be obtained from My Wish Enterprise PLC, Head Office, starting October 12, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of:Local Currency (ETB) ETB 1,200 including VAT or Foreign Currency (USD) USD 30 including VAT.

Bidders are required to submit a renewed trade license, TIN, and VAT registration certificate. Only soft copies of the RFP and all supporting documents will be provided to bidders upon request, once payment is confirmed. Hard copies will not be available.

3. Submission Deadline

• Deadline: November 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM (GMT+3)
• Opening: November 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM (GMT+3)
• Location:My Wish Enterprise PLC, Head Office, 4th Floor, Lebu Ring Road 200m from Haile Garment to Lebu, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

4. Bid Security

Bids must include an Irrevocable, Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from a reputable bank, valid for at least 120 days beyond the submission deadline.

5. Eligibility

• At least six (6) similar ERP implementations, with two (2) in Ethiopia (client references required).
• Local presence or certified local partner in Ethiopia for onsite support, training, and timely response (evidence required).
• Internationally recognized ERP software (Custom-built or from-scratch developed ERP solutions are not acceptable).
• Certificate of Partnership from the ERP software vendor, authorizing the bidder to implement and support the proposed solution.
• International bidders must submit a valid trade license from their home country, along with local registration, TIN, and VAT certificates.

6. Evaluation Criteria

• Technical: 70% and Financial: 30%

7. Right to Accept or Reject

My Wish Enterprise PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
