NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Ambasel Trading House PLC (here in after referred as "purchaser or ATH") hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Learning Management System (LMS)-based online training services.
- This bid is open to all eligible bidders.
- Bidders shall present eligibility documents with their offer.
- The eligible documents are those documents issued by authorized legal bodies showing the legal personality of bidders, participate in this bid and allowing them to trade such kind of service. The details will be given in the bid document.
- A bidder with relevant trade license and other eligible documents can participate.
- Bidders can get the details of the bid from the bid document. Bidders can collect (buy) the bid document by paying Ethiopian birr 300 (Three hundred birr) from Ambasel building 5th floor office No. 503.
- Bid closing date shall be on October 29/2026 at 10:00 Am and will be opened the same date at 10:30 Am in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at ATH's office 3rd floor office No. 304.
- Bids shall be valid for 30 (Thirty) consecutive days after bid opening date.
- ATH can cancel the bid for whatever reason without considering the cost of bidders for participating in the bid.
