Maintenance work whenever the lifts does not operate satisfactorily or its stop ü Over all cleaning, adjusting and lubricating of all mechanical and electrical installations ü every one month ü Report the parts of the elevator that are affected by normal wear and tear so that they will be replaced ü The contractor shall perform the service with professional workmanship and diligence ü Provide the necessary spare parts ü The contract will be for one year period
