መኪናው የሰርቪስ ጊዜው የደረሰ በመሆኑ በጨረታው የተጋበዘው ድርጅት መኪናውን በመፈተሽ አስፈላጊውን ጥገና ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፤
• በጥገናው ጊዜ የሚቀየሩ እቃዎች ካሉ የተቀየሩትን እቃዎች ለመ/ቤቱ እንዲረከብ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፤
• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው፤
• በጥገናው ጊዜ የሚቀየሩ እቃዎች ካሉ የተቀየሩትን እቃዎች ለመ/ቤቱ እንዲረከብ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፤
• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው፤
