ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ግዥውን በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ተወዳዳሪዎች የተወዳደሩበትን LED Display ጥገና እና የሰርቪስ መለዋወጫን ጨምሮ ዋጋ ከመሙላታቸው በፊት በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋናው መስሪያ ቤት በአካል በመቅረብ የሚጠገነውን እቃ ማየት አለባቸው በአካል ያላየ እና ስለማየቱ የፊርማ ያልሰጠ ተወዳዳሪ ወደ ቀጣይ ግምገማ አያልፍም፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን ኤል ኢ ዲ ዲስኘሌይ ከጠገነ በኋላ በ1(አንድ) ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ቢበላሽ ያለተጨማሪ ክፍያ ጥገናውን ለማከናወን በደብዳቤ ዋስትና መስጠት ግዴታ ነው፡፡
