INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDS

The Ethiopian Lottery Service, invites bid for any interested and experienced bidders for the printing and supply of 40,000,000 (Forty Million) bar-coded scratch bingo lottery tickets with a single ticket selling price of Br. 50 and for the printing and supply of 64,000,000 (Sixty Four Million) bar-coded scratch bingo lottery tickets with a single ticket selling price of Br. 25. Hence:

Any interested and experienced bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language starting from the first announcement date of the bid on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper until to the bid closing date and time from the Ethiopian Lottery Service Head Office, Arada kefle ketema, woreda 01, existing building 2nd floor, office No 31 during working days Monday to Friday and office hours from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM against non refundable payment for each tender documents Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr) bank deposit in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in the name of Ethiopian Lottery Service Account No: 1000004652782.

The bidders must be accompanied by a bid bond of Bin 800,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) for 40,000,000 (Forty Million) bar-coded scareth bingo lottery tickets with a single ticket selling price of Br. 50 and Birr 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr) for 64,000,000 (Sixty Four Million) bar-coded scratch bingo lottery tickets with a single ticket selling price of Br. 25 in equivalent any freely convertible currency.

The bid bond must be in any one of the following forms:;

1. Certified payment order (CPO) issued by a recognize bank or
2. Unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized bank.

The bidders must be delivered bid documents on or before November, 17/2026 G.C, at 10:00 AM (Local Time: 04:00) sealed envelope the technical and financial bid documents one original and one copy separately with clearly marking each orginal and copy bid documents.

Bids will be closed on November, 17/2026 G.C, at 10:00 AM (Local Time: 04:00) and opened on November, 17/2026 G.C, at 10:30 AM (Local Time: 04:30) in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at Ethiopian Lottery Service Head Office, new building 1st floor, office no 9, Piassa next to Taitu Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Ethiopian Lottery Service reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
