INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICB)

Awash Bank S.C. hereby invites technically competent, experienced, and commercially competitive bidders to submit proposals for the Supply, Installation, Implementation, Testing, Commissioning, and Documentation of the Collaboration and Communication Platform and Observability Solution, in accordance with the technical specifications, requirements, and conditions set forth in the bidding document.

The procurement is organized into the following categories and LOTs:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Awash Towers 12th Floor upon producing receipt of nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00/Five Hundred/for each LOT by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK S.C, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00AM; 1:00PM-4:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM 12:00AM) starting from October 7, 2026 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN RegistrationCertificate.
3. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount: -
   • Forforeign bidders under category 1, LOT-1: USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollars and 0/100) and equivalent amount for local bidders Birr 1,700,000.00 (One Million Seven Hundred Thousand ETB only).
   • Forforeign bidders under category 1, LOT-2: USD 3,000.00 (Two Thousand US Dollars) and equivalent amount for local bidders Birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand birr).
   • For foreign bidders under category 2, USD 15,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollars and 0/100) and equivalent amount for local bidders Birr 2,500,000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand ETB only).
4. The Bid bond must be in the form of Bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO) in favor of Awash Bank S.C. from: a) Any local bank, b) Citibank N.A New York, c) Citibank N.A. London, d) Commerz Bank A.G, e) Deutsche Bank A.G, f) National Westminster Bank, g) ING Bank, Amsterdam.
5. The bank guarantee should be issued by any scheduled Bank, but it must be counter guaranteed by local bank.
6. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before November 13, 2026 2:00PM in the above-mentioned address.
7. Bid opening shall be held at Office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate Awash Tower 12th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on November 13, 2026 2:30PM.
8. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate Awash Tower 12th floor Tel. 0115-57-11-07/00-84.
9. Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 8 above shall result in automatic rejection from the BID.
10. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully.
