The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunting Reduction Project (MASReP) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Procurement Audit Services.
The services included under this assignment involve auditing of procurement activities undertaken by the implementing agencies in Amhara and Tigray Regional States for the period from 2025/2026 using the Borrower’s procurement system in. The services and requirements for this assignment are stipulated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) that can be obtained from the address below.
The Ministry of Health-Ethiopia now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience in performing procurement audits for projects financed by multilateral development institutions. To demonstrate specific experience, the consultants shall provide a list of projects financed by multilateral development institutions audited in the last five years. The consultants shall also demonstrate availability of appropriate personnel for the assignment.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
Interested consultants (audit firms) may obtain further information at the address below during office hours Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM East African Time.
Expressions of interest including supporting documents must be delivered to or emailed to the address below by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and mention ‘Expression of Interest for Independent Procurement Audit Services for MASReP Project’.
