ያሸነፈበትን እቃ መስረያ ቤቱ ድረስ አመጥታቸሁ የማሰረከብ ግዴታ ይኖረበታል::
ተቋሙ የተሸለ አመራጭ ከአገኘ ፕሮፎረማዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ ፡፡
ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከማስገባቱ በፊት ሳምፕል (ናሙና) አምጥቶ የማሳየት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ በተወዳደረበት ስፔስፈኬሽን መሰረት በትክክል ሳያቀርብ ቢገኝ ተቋሙ አስፈላጊውን ህጋዊ እርምጃ ይወስዳል፡፡
ተቋሙ የተሸለ አመራጭ ከአገኘ ፕሮፎረማዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ ፡፡
ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከማስገባቱ በፊት ሳምፕል (ናሙና) አምጥቶ የማሳየት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ በተወዳደረበት ስፔስፈኬሽን መሰረት በትክክል ሳያቀርብ ቢገኝ ተቋሙ አስፈላጊውን ህጋዊ እርምጃ ይወስዳል፡፡
