Downton Real Estate PLC hereby invites qualified and interested Architectural firms and individual professionals to participate in an Architectural Design Competition for a landmark development project.
The project comprises the design of, 4B+G+ 25+ pent houses and revolving restaurant, forming a Mixed-Use Building Complex (apartment, Hotel apartment, shopping mall, Department stores, super markets and individual stores) to be constructed at Wolosefer, adjacent to Tebaber Berta Building, Addis Ababa.
1. The competition is open to all qualified and licensed Architectural firms/individual designers with proven professional competence and experience.
2. Interested participants may collect the complete set of com- petition documents (TOR) from:

2nd Floor, Room No. 206B, Starting from September 21, 2026, during regular working hours.
3. Participants are required to submit their complete design proposals in accordance with the presentation requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

2nd Floor, Room No. 206B, and Submission Deadline: October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM (morning). Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. All submissions will be evaluated by an independent Jury Panel appointed by Downton Real Estate PLC, comprising qualified Architects and Engineers.
