Procurement of Data Center Infrastructure and Enterprise Network Deployment Services
Aggar Microfinance Institution S.C. invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement of Data Center Infrastructure and Enterprise Network Items and Deployment Services under the following four (4) Lots:

| Lot 1 | One (1) Enterprise Rack Server, as per the Technical Specification |
| Lot 2 | One (1) Core Switch and Three (3) Access Switches, as per the Technical Specification |
| Lot 3 | Complete Data Center Infrastructure, including One (1) Rack, One (1) UPS, Three (3) Wall-Mount Rack Cabinets, One (1) Precision Air Conditioner, and Accessories |
| Lot 4 | Complete Structured Cabling System, including supply of passive network materials and physical infrastructure works |
Key Bid Requirements
- Bidders may submit bids for one, several, or all four (4) Lots independently. Each Lot will be evaluated separately, and the Procuring Entity reserves the right to award individual Lots to different bidders or multiple Lots to the same bidder.
- Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to one percent (1%) of the total bid price of the Lot(s) for which the Bidder submits a bid. The Bid Security shall be provided in the form of cash deposit or bank guarantee and submitted with the technical proposal.
- Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the RFP and submit the required legal, financial, technical, experience, and other supporting documents.
- Submission Deadline: Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separately sealed envelopes on or before October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the Procurement and Facility Manager’s Office, Room No. 308.
- Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on October 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time at the address below, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
- The RFP document will be available from September 7, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000 at the Procurement and Facility Manager’s Office, Room No. 308.
- Aggar Microfinance Institution S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, in accordance with the applicable procurement requirements.
