The Harari Transport and Road Development Bureau, through the Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP) Coordinated Office invites qualified and eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision Services for the following rural road projects:

Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this consultancy service is to provide Detail Design, and Supervision for the construction of the above rural road projects: funded under the RCFSP program.

Qualification and Experience Criteria

The Harari Transport and Road Development Bureau, through the Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP), invites eligible consulting firms licensed/registered for Grade 3 and below consultancy services to submit an Expression of Interest..

Interested consulting firms shall demonstrate:

• General experience in road design, construction supervision, and/or related consultancy services;
• Specific experience in similar rural road design and/or construction supervision assignments;
• Adequate organizational and technical capacity to undertake the assignment;
• Availability of qualified and experienced key personnel; and
• Valid professional and business registration/license and other relevant eligibility documents.

Participation Condition

A consulting firm may participate in only one (1) Procurement Reference Number under this EOI invitation.

A consulting firm that submits an EOI for more than one Procurement Reference Number shall be disqualified.

Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Harari Public Procurement Proclamation and procedure

Participation is open to all eligible consulting firms that meet the requirements stated in this EOI.

Submission Details

Expressions of Interest must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Project Title and Package Number, to the address below on or before fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of advertisement in the newspaper, at 10:00 A.M local time. Late submissions will be rejected.
