Expression of Interest (EOI)

ANRS Agriculture Bureau /Sustainable Development Programfrom Federal Budget/

1. Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received finance from Sustainable Development Goal and intends to apply parts of the funds for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed expression of interest proposals for the provision of consulting service on Construction Supervision and Contract Administration of the following Small Scale Irrigation Schemes.

1. Consultants could participate for more than one Lot but should summit a separate firm experience and key personnel.
2. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from ANRS Agriculture Bureau (Irrigation Schemes Construction Input Supply Directorate) during office hours from 2:30 to 11:30 local time at the address given below.
3. Consultants are expected to submit their expression of interest including eligibility documents such as renewed trade and professional licenses, VAT and tax registration certificate, relevant experience of the firm and key personnel curriculum vitae who could perform the task.
4. Interested eligible consultants may submit sealed documents of expression of interest to Amhara Region Bureau of Agriculture, Bahir Dar, Poly Peda Street, Bahir Dar Water and Swerage Service Head Office Building, third floor room number 38 on or before 12/01/2019 at 3:30 local time. Documents received after this date and time shall be rejected.
5. A consultant firm with adequate experience and manpower will be short listed.
6. The method of selection is Quality and Cost Based selection method
7. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids without giving reasons, therefore, and to waive informalities and irregularities, which do not constitute a material modification in the bids received.
