The prospective bidder is expected to meet the following requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in undertaking feasibility studies and commercial viability assessments for complex infrastructure or investment projects, with successful completion of at least three comparable assignments within the last seven years.
· Proven experience in the tourism, hospitality, cultural, or mixed-use development sectors is required. Experience involving museums, visitor attractions, convention centers, or similar destination-based projects will be considered a distinct advantage.
· The firm shall provide a list of relevant assignments, including the client, project description, completion date, contract value, and the firm's role, together with at least three client references for comparable projects.
· Prior experience in Ethiopia or the East African region will be considered an added advantage.
