- •valid tax clearance certificate:
Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Terms and Conditions
2. Bidders are required to provide CPO or a bank guarantee of 40,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 40,000 ብር ሲፒኦ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡)
3. Allow Bidders to share the key only within one hour after the submission deadline.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ማጋራት የሚችሉት የመጨረሻው የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ካለፈ በኋላ ባለው አንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ ብቻ ነው።)
4. The Awarding organization is obligated to deliver all awarded items to the university using its own transportation. (አቅራቢዎች ያሸነፏቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባችው።)
5. We hereby state that any bidder who wins but fails to submit the required offer will be barred from participating in future tenders, and we will file a complaint against them with the Ethiopian Federal Public Procurement and Property Authority.(ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡)
