በቂ መጋዘን ያለዉ፡- ለዚህ ስራ አግባብነት ያለዉ ወይም አመቺ የሆነ ቢያንስ 10*20 ሜትር መጋዘንና 8*9 ሜትር የሆነ የስራ ቦታ የተወዳደሩበት የግባት ዓይነት የያዘ ስለመኖራቸዉ የሚያሳይ የራሳቸዉ ከሆነ ህጋዊ ካርታ ክራይ ከሆነ ግን በዉል እና ማስረጃ የተረጋገጠ ዉል ኮፒ በe-GP ሲስተም ያቀረበ ፡፡

ለዚህ ስራ የሚያስፈልጉ ማሽኖች፡- አቅርቦቱ ቢያንስ 40,000 /አርባ ሺህ/ ተማሪዎችን መመገብ የሚያስችል 3 (ሶስት) ትልቅ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ የኤሌትሪክ እና 01(አንድ) በጣም ትልቅ የእንጨት የዳቦ መጋገሪያ ፣ 5 (አምስት) ማቡኪያ ማሽን ፣ 275 KVA ጄኔነተር ፣ 2 (ሁለት) የዳቦ መቁረጫ ማሽን ፣ 2/ሁለት የዳቦ ሚዛን ፣ በቂ ዘመናዊ የዳቦ ማኮፈሻ ፣ ማቀዝቀዣ ፣ 300 ባትራ እና 10,000 ሊትር የዉሃ ማጠራቀሚያ ሮቶ እና ሌሎች ለዚህ ስራ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ዕቃዎች በድርጅቱ ስም ስለመኖሩ ህጋዊ ማስረጃ ኮፒ በe-GP ሲስተም ማቅብና በተጨማሪም በምልከታ ሲረጋገጥ
