- •valid tax clearance certificate:
Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
(Ref: ITB 35.2) - •valid business license:
Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጤና ካምፓስ ግዥ ክፍል ህንጻ 05 ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 12 ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡.
የጫራታ መክፈቻ/Private Key ጫራታው በሚከፈትበት ሰዓት ካልተላከ ተጫራቾች ከጫራታ ውጭ ቢሆኑ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ሃላፊነቱን የማይወስድ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን የምግብ ዓይነት/ዝርዝር ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚሰጠው ፕሮግራም መሰረት የሚያቀርብ ሲሆን አቅርቦቱ የሚቆየው ለአንድ ዓመት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
