Lucy Insurance SC withes interested and eligible bidden to participate in on open competitive bid for the supply of Electric Vehicles

1.       Vehicle Requirement

▪  Year of Manufacture: 2025

▪  Quantity: 3

2.       Bid Document Purchase

The bid document can be obtained from the Company's Finance and Investment Department, located at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, 5" Floor, in front of Capital Hotel (Hayahulet, adjacent to Waryt Building). upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

3.       Bid Submission and Opening

The bid remains floating from April 12, 2026 up to April 27, 2026 and will be closed on April 27, 2026 in the morning at 10:00 AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company's Board Room, 6" floor.

4.       Bid Security

The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).

5.       Submission Requirements

▪  All bidders must submit their bid documents in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office. 3rd Floor, HR and Logistics Department, during office hours on or before April 27, 2026. at 10:00 AM.

▪  Bidders must submit separate Technical Proposals and Financial proposal (Original & Copy for each) including VAT.

▪  Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked:

➢  "Technical Proposal"

➢  "Financial Proposal"

▪  All envelopes must be enclosed in a single outer envelope clearly indicating the bidder's name and address

6.        Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit copies of:

▪  Valid Trade License

▪  Tax Clearance Certificate

▪  VAT Registration Certificate

7.       Compliance

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements shall result in automatic rejection of the bid.
