Lucy Insurance S.C invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Provision of: - a complete software subscription for Kaspersky Standard Antivirus.

Requirement: Endpoint Antivirus Software Subscription

The bidder is required to provide a complete software subscription for Kaspersky Standard Antivirus.

• Software Product: Kaspersky Standard Antivirus
• License Type: New.
• License Quantity: Two Hundred (200) User/Endpoint Licenses
• License Duration: Two (2) Years or Three (3) Years
• Scope: The subscription must cover all necessary security 9 features, updates, and standard technical support for the entire 24-month term. And 36-month term.
• Minimum Required Features: The solution must provide, at a minimum:

• Real-time protection against malware, ransomware, and spyware.
• Web filtering and anti-phishing capabilities.
• Automatic, silent updates for both the application and signature definitions.
• Access to the manufacturer's technical support for the duration of the license.

• The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) inclusive of VAT.
• The bid remains floating from October 5, 2025 up to October 16, 2025 and will be closed on October 16, 2025 in the morning at 10:00 AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company's Board Room, 6rd floor.
• Bidders must be supported with 2 % Bid Security Bond of the total bid amount in the form of CPO in favor of Lucy Insurance S.C in separate envelope.
• All bidders must submit the bid document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C during office hours on/before October 16, 2025 in the morning at 10:00 AM at the third floor HR and Logistics Department office.
• Bidders must be submit their respective Technical Proposals and Price Quotations including VAT in separately.
• Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and vat registration certificate. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
