Invitation to Bid for Transaction Advisory Services

Global Insurance Company Hereby invites qualified and experienced firms to submit bids for providing Transaction Advisory Services related to the upcoming registration of our securities on the Ethiopian capital market in line with the applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• The TRANSACTION ADVISOR be registered with the Ethiopia capital market Authority (ECMA)
• Copy of tax certificate
• Copy of business license
• The firm should provide a complete company profile and finance and technical proposal in a separate envelop.
• The firm must provide a bid bond of Br 10000 which must remain valid for 30 days after the expiry of tender validity period in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee
• Interested bidders shall obtain the tender documents by paying a non-refundable tender fee of Birr 200.00

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   1. Demonstrated experience in transaction advisory services, particularly in capital markets registration.
   2. Knowledge of Ethiopian capital markets regulations and procedures.
   3. Adequate Professional qualifications and certifications.
   4. Present a qualified multidisciplinary team (financial, legal, and regulatory experts)
2. Submission Details:
   1. Interested firms should submit their bids, including a technical proposal, Company Profile, relevant experience, and financial proposal including cost breakdown for deliverables in a separate envelope for technical and financial proposal.
   2. The bid shall be open from September 15 and Bids will close on September 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the afternoon and will be publicly opened on the same date at 3:30 P.M, in the presence of bidders on their authorized representatives, at the Company's meeting Room.
