Ethiopian Rail Ways Corporation, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the following materials:

-Trade license valid for 2017 EC

VAT Registration certificate

-Tax clearance certificate

Online Supplier List Registration Certificate

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidden.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the payment of a non-refundable fee 1000 birr only.
3. The bid along with the bid security must be delivered to Ethiopian Rall Ways Corporation. Office room No 97 starting from the date of Announcement of the tender to the deadline for bid Submission which is June 03/2025 at 10:00A.M.

4. Bids will be opened on June 03/2025 at 10:30 A.M.

1. Bid shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening.
2. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security an amount of Birr 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand birr only) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee for each lot. Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.

5. Ethiopian Railways Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive in-formalities, to advertise for new bids or to proceed and do the work otherwise as may be for its best interest.
